Bridgeman Images is pleased to represent Progettali, an important private photographic archive from Italy with images from the mid-1800s through to today, in black and white and colour, and encompassing subjects not only across Italy but the entire world. The archive includes the following subjects: events, people, animals, plants, sculptures, advertising, landscape architecture, monuments, fashion, art, history, anthropology, technology, urban sites, science, botany, industry and more. The collection was amassed by a family with a passion for fine art and Bridgeman is pleased to offer this amazing corpus of 3,000 images to the public. The high resolution digital files are digitised directly from the original vintage prints using state of the art scanners and cameras.
