Lady Flora Mary McDonnell (born 7 November 1963), also known by her married name Flora Pennybacker is an artist, illustrator and prize-winning author of children's books. She is the eldest daughter of Alexander McDonnell 9th Earl of Antrim and was educated at St Mary's Shaftesbury Gresham's School and Exeter College, Oxford.
