The University of Hull Art Collection is a small but outstanding collection specialising in paintings, sculpture, drawings and prints produced in Britain between 1890 – 1940. It includes works by Beardsley, Sickert, Steer, Lucien Pissarro, Augustus John, Stanley Spencer, Duncan Grant, and Ben Nicholson. Sculpture is represented by Epstein, Gill and Henry Moore among others. The Bloomsbury and Camden Town Groups are particularly well represented.
