Born in Prague in 1914, Kary H. Lasch based his photography business in Stockholm, where he lived until his death in 1993. As well as his career running a modelling network, Lasch is well regarded for his stunning portraits of some of the leading personalities of the day, including Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, Federico Fellini, Sofia Loren, and Brigitte Bardot. He also visited the Cannes Film Festival consecutively for thirty years and lensed covers for major international magazines like EPOCA of Italy, Popular Photography and many others.
