Ian Helliwell has assembled an archive of music, film, and art from the early post war period. Through this archive, he aims to provide a creative approach to research through collection and presentation. He has created a variety of media including electronic music, short silent films, documentaries, and books. In the 1990s. he developed and built a range of electronic tone machines which he uses in his compositions.
