My name is Cosima and I paint in all my spare moments. A few years ago I went a couple of art holidays based on the suggestion of a friend, as we kept going to art galleries. For a year an half a took a portrait painting class and a made myself focus on drawing using pencil and graphite. In summer 2013, I did a four and half day course in Cornwall with a well know painter, who asked me if I was related to van Gogh - a great compliment for someone who has only taken a few painting holidays and a short evening class course. So here I am. There is more to say about me, in that I also write film scripts and I also have a day job, but as far as the paintings go, I think they say it all. I love colours and love to paint.
